HEALTH AND SAFETY AND LIABILITY NOTICE FOR FLYTIME FEST 2025
Flytime Fest operates under national health and safety law and maintains full public liability insurance for all venues and events. Attendance confirms acceptance of these terms.
Insurance and Liability
• Flytime Fest holds valid public and employer liability insurance covering injury, property damage, and third party claims that arise from event operations.
• Contractors, vendors, and suppliers must provide proof of their own insurance before setup or participation.
• Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organisers accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage unless caused by verified negligence by event management.
• Personal travel or accident insurance is advised for all ticket holders, particularly those attending from outside the country.
• Incidents requiring a claim must be reported to security or the control centre before leaving the venue. Reports made later may not qualify for processing.
Safety Responsibilities
• Follow all posted safety instructions and directions from authorised staff.
• Security staff may refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour risks harm to themselves or others.
• Possession of unsafe, restricted, or illegal items results in removal without refund.
• Children under eighteen must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult.
Medical Emergencies
• Qualified medical personnel and ambulances remain on site during all open hours.
• In serious cases, staff will coordinate immediate transfer to local emergency services.
• Attendance constitutes consent to receive first aid or emergency treatment from certified personnel when required.
Force Majeure
If an event must be cancelled, delayed, or modified because of circumstances outside the organiser's control such as extreme weather, public disorder, or a government order, Flytime Fest will not be responsible for costs incurred by attendees beyond the original ticket price, subject to the ticketing terms in force at the time of sale.
